After almost six months of planning the brigade is in the final stages of having plans drawn up for a self-funded extension to the station that will provide esential improvements to firefighter amenities. For more infomation about the building project click here.
 
 

 

  
BRIGADE MANAGEMENT PLANNING | Saturday 24th January 2004 |
 

Austinmer Rural Fire Brigade has regocgnised the need for improved brigade management and initated an investigation of the NSW Rural Fire Service Brigade Management Planning Guidlines to assess their suitability.

The oucome of this review is a brigade policy (currently in discussion draft form) that shall be put to the members for discussion at the next Monthly Business Meeting (3/2/04).

The brigade is developing a number of tools drived from and designed to complement the services guidelines. Other brigades are welcome to utilise this documentation availabile in PDF format on this website. The documentation is also available in Word format by e-mailing the brigade.
